Nestled atop the Richmond Quarter development, Sweetwater boasts sweeping views across the suburb out to the Swan River, Freo Port and Indian Ocean.

Sweetwater head chef Leigh Power continues to build on his passion for the hawker-style street market food that saw him head up the kitchen at Melbourne’s acclaimed Gingerboy restaurant for seven years.

True to his name, Power’s share plates pack a punch with a diversity of flavours influenced by seasonal produce and a focus on substance over style. With small dishes, including tempura cuttlefish with prickly ash, chilli, coriander and spring onion, to more substantial offerings, including roast duck with eggplant, shanghai noodle and aromatic Chinese wine, every palate will be delighted by his offerings.

Complementing the delicious fare on offer, Sweetwater has a gimmick-free wine and cocktail list packed with classic combinations made using the best modern methods to produce delicious concoctions that never go out of style.
