When are final numbers due?

It is advised to confirm final numbers for your function 10 days prior to the day of the function. However final numbers must be provided a minimum of 3 working days prior to the function. Should final numbers fall below the guaranteed minimum, charges will still be based on the minimum number.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, absolutely. Please let us know at least a week in advance.

Can I bring in decorations?

Sure you can. Please remember we are a family friendly venue.

Do you charge a venue hire?

We do not charge a room hire, but do require a minimum spend.
This amount is to be made up of food and beverages. In order to secure function bookings, we do require a signed confirmation form, credit card details on file and payment of a 20% deposit, based on the estimated total spend.

What is a minimum spend, and what happens if I don’t reach it?

The Wharf Hotel reserves the right to apply minimum spends where a room is specifically allocated for a function. The amount will be stated in the confirmation letter if it applies. Should the final invoice fall below the agreed minimum spend, the difference will be charged as a venue hire.
